The Board of County Commissioners met in adjourned-session with the following member
present: J.B.Ennis, Chariamn,E.L.Cooke,J.Daniel Byrd,J.S.Barker and H.M.O'6tuinn.
I.R.Wiliiama, 4ounty Attorney, was also present..
It is ordered that J.R. Young, Harnett Bounty Representative, be requested, along
with other interested citizens, to meet °with the Board at a special Meeting to be
held -on December 28th. 1932 for the purpose of discussing the Legislative needs -

of the county.
It is ordered that petition for consolidated school in backhorn Township be deferred
until December 28th. 1932.
It is ordered that the board of county Gommissi.oners approve the sale of a let 100
by 150 feet in nn known as the junn Sehool Property for the price of ;1250.00.
According to advertisement sealed bide were received and opened at 12 o'clock, M.
for laundry wor4 for County Home and Jail for the period beginning December 12th.
1932 and endinglie 12th. 1933.

months beginning December 12th. 1932 and ending Mayx June 12tl.1932 and the Chairman
directed to execute contract for same.
It is ordered that Mrs. T.R.Bro#nmbe authorized to sell F.H.Taylor 1000 lbs.. of pork
belonging to the county Home it the pride of seven dents per pound.
It is ordered that the sioard of Education be authorized to purchase sufficient
paste and linseed oil to make 200 gals. paint to apply on School buildings. this

Denning as Surety be accepted. spprowed and ordered recorded in the Minute Rocket,
subject to the filing of the official returns showing his election as donstabls.
It is ordered that all Constables duly elected qualify at once by taking oath, and
making proper bond for the approvals of the Board of Commiesionsra.
