Board of Equalization and Review
June 2, 1941
The Board of Equalization and Review met with all members present;
also H.S.Freeman, as Clerk.
- On Motion, assessors were instructed to view the property of
Mrs. Chas.Hiasmith and see Mrs. Highsmith at that time.
On motion assessors were instructed to view the property of
Mrs. Annie G. *hitehead and to see Mrs. ?shithead at that time.
On motion, A.C.MONeill heirs in Upper Little River Township, were
allowed reduction of $2450 for timber sold.
-. On motion, assessors were instructed t� view the property of
S.H.Broadwell Estate, in Black River Township, 592 acres in question.
• It is ordered that the. property of- Daniel McCormick Estate, in
Anderson Creek Township, be reduced $268.00 being 67 acres at 54.00 per
acre for timber cut off.
Mr. H.T.Spears was allowed *1040.00 for timber cut off of 65 acres @16.00
in Lillington, and 975 on 75 acres of land @ 13.00.
Board adjourned until June 16 1941 at 9:30 A.M.
