0812193974 August 12th. 1939. Upon expiration of the recess taken Monday, August 7th. 1939, the Board of Commissioners re- convened in session at 2 :00 P.M.Saturday, August 12th. 1939. Present: Commissioners J.B.Ennis, Ferd D.Jackson and R.L.Pate. Accompanied by Engineer- Inspectors of PWA and Eric G.Flannagan,Architect, a thorough inspection was made of the Harnett County Hospital at Dunn, N.C., and the structure was found to be substantially completed, and the equipment as specified in the several contracts had been furnished and placed. Thereupon, the following Resolution was adopted: NORTH CAROLINA: HARNETT COUNTY: RESOLUTION: The Harnett County Hospital at Dunn, N.C. being financed partly by a grant from PWA and carried as Docket No. N.C. 1344 -F having been substantially completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and several contracts between the County of Harnett and the respective contractors: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, in session assembled Saturday, August 12, 1939, that the construction of the said Hospital Building and the furnishing and installation of all equipment therein, in accordance with the several contracts between the County of Harnett and the respective contractors, be and the same is hereby accepted, subject to the minor criticisms and suggestions detailed by Eric G.Flannagan, Owner's Architect, with which details the interested contractors have been furnished.
