Upon recommendation of the 4xecutive Committee of the Harnett County Library Board, J F Davis of Lillinaton was appointed Treasurer to serve - without compensation his bend in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars, will he furnished. The small butldi_bg back of the Courthouse will be used by the Harnett County Library Board, for the purpose of carrying on the work. The Library Board agrees to make necessary repairs onthe building with the understanding there will be not rent for six months. After the expiration of Six months the Library Board agrees to pay Twenty Five Dollars a month, for the use of the building.
