The Board of Commissioners met in a called session on Thursday, February
23rd. at 7:30 P.M., with all members present. Also meeting with the Board
were the County Attorney, the Auditor and the Clerk to the Board.
Chairman Brook presided and called the meeting to order.
J. J. Croft and Tom Osteen, Architects, Ashboro, N. C. appeared before
the Board and discussed plans for Court House annex.
