09201965September 20th. 1965 Thei:Board of Commissioners with all members present met in a call session and studied the plan of arranging for additional space in the Welfare Department. Commissioner Cotton moved, seconded by Commissioner O'Quinn, to proceed with erecting a portable building to be temporarily located on the parking lot beside the welfare building for use by the welfare department. The said unit or building to be constructed according to plans used by the Board of Education. Motion carried. Commissioner Womble and Commissioner Mixon, will hire the proper workers to . construct the said building or unit. The meeting recessed.
