The Board of Commissioners met in a called session on Thursd fir, May 4th.
with all members present.
Chairman Brock presided and called the meeting to order.
The Board of Education appeared before the Board and presented the school
budget for the year 1967 -68, which was placed on file for study.
The Board authorized Herbert Carson, Auditor, to pay from County funds
the sum of $3044.17 to W A Johnson, Attorney, for legal services rendered the
county in the investigation of Tax Suit: Foreclosures made by Neill McKay Ross,
former County Attorney, as per itemized statement presented by W. A. Johnson.
