CALL TO ORDER
1980 -81 SECONDARY
ROAD PROGRAM
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on
Monday, April 8, 1980, in the Assembly Room, County Office Building, Lillingto
North Carolina, with the following members present: Lloyd G. Stewart, Bill
Shaw, Rudy Collins, M. H. Brock, and Chairman Jesse Alphin presiding.
Chairman Jesse Alphin called the meeting to order at 2 p.m.
Don Dupree, District Engineer with the North Carolina Department of Transport
ation, appeared before the Board and presented for the Board's consideration
a priority list for the proposed improvements of secondary roads in Harnett
County for 1980 -81.
Following a discussion of this priority list, Commissioner Shaw made a motion
that the Board adopt the following resolution establishing the 1980 -81 Second
ary Improvement Program for Harnett County. Commissioner Stewart seconded
the motion and the issue carried with a unanimous vote:
