On Septembe,r_.19, 1988, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners held a public
hearing concerning proposed amendments to Harnett County Zoning Ordinance
regarding manufactured homes in the County Office Building, Lillington, North
Carolina, with the following members present: Rudy Collins, Bill Shaw, Mack
Reid Hudson, Mayo Smith, and Chairman Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Others
present were: Dallas H. Pope, County Manager, Glenn Johnson, County Attorney;
Vanessa W. Young, Clerk to the Board, and Kay S. Blanchard, Recording Secre-
tary.
CALL TO ORDER Chairman Stewart called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m.
PURPOSE Carla Stephens, Planner /Developer, explained the purpose of the public hear-
ing.
COMMENTS No comments were provided from citizens.
CLOSED Chairman Stewart closed the public hearing at 7:20 p.m.
