HEARING
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing concerning the
F.Y. 1987 -88 Budget on Monday, June 1, 1987, in the Commissioners Board Room, County
Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following members present:
Bill Shaw, Rudy Collins, Mack Reid Hudson, Mayo Smith, and Chairman Lloyd G. Stewart
presiding. Others. present were: Vanessa -W. Young,. Clerk to the Board; Dallas H. Pop
County Manager.; Glenn Johnson, County Attorney; and Kay Blanchard, Recording
Secretary.
Chairman Stewart called the public hearing to order at 9 a.m.
Dallas H. Pope, County Manager, explained that the public hearing was being held,
as published, for the purpose of receiving public comments and input as requested
by the Commissioners in association with the preparation of the Harnett County
F.Y. 1987 -88 General Fund Budget and Revenue Sharing Budget.
Chairman Stewart asked for public comments concerning the General Fund Budget. No
comments were presented.

Chairman Stewart closed the public hearing
concerning the Revenue Sharing Budget.
