HARNETT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING FOR
WEST CENTRAL WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, MAY 18, 1987
ALL TO ORDER
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners sitting as the Governing Body of the West
Central Water and Sewer District met 'on.Monday, May 18, 1987, in the Commissioners
Board Room, County Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following
members present: Bill Shaw, Rudy Collins, Mack Reid Hudson, Mayo Smith, and Chairman
Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Others present were: Vanessa W. Young, Clerk to the
Board; Dallas H. Pope, County Manager; Glenn Johnson, County Attorney; and Kay
Blanchard, Recording Secretary,
Chairman Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Mr. Willard'Dean, District Loan Specialist, FmHA, appeared before the Board and ex-
plained the Letter of Conditions concerning funding for the West Central Water &
Sewer District project.
ESOLUTION RE Commissioner Smith made a motion to adopt a resolution accepting the Letter of Condi-
ETTER OF COND. tions from FmHA. Commissioner Shaw seconded the motion and it passed with a unanimous
vote. A copy of the resolution is copied in full at the end of these minutes dated
May 18, 1987.
DJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting of the Harnett County Board of Commission-
ers sitting as the Governing Body of West Central Water and Sewer District duly
,adjourned at 7:15. a.m.

execute new forms reflecting the current interest rule and revise payments as
