On February 6, 1989, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners held a public
hearing concerning changes to Harnett County Subdivision Regulations in the
County Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following members
present: Rudy Collins, Bill Shaw, Mack Reid Hudson, Mayo Smith, and Chairman
Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Others present were: Dallas H. Pope, County
Manager; W. Glenn Johnson, County Attorney; Vanessa W. Young, Clerk to the
Board, and Kay S. Blanchard, Recording Secretary.
Chairman Stewart called the meeting to order at 9:20 a.m.
Carla Stephens, Planning Supervisor, presented the proposed changes to the
Harnett County Subdivision Regulations.
Chairman Stewart opened the meeting for public comments.
No comments were offered.
There being no further business, Chairman Stewart closed the public hearing at
9:25 a.m.
