The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Thursday,
November 15, 2001, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration
Building, 102 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11:15 a.m.
Neil Emory, County Manager, reported on and led discussion of the following items:
1. Intensive Livestock Guidelines (draft)
2. Meeting with fire chiefs regarding communications system
3. 87 Corridor overlay district
4. Replacement of jail cell doors
5. Proposed Junk Yard Ordinance
• 6. Activity bus for Overhills Middle School
There being no further business, the commis ioners' workshop ad' urned at 12 noon.
