The "Alabaster House" plan being constructed on lot 343 Links Crossing of the
Anderson Creek subdivision in Harnett County, North Carolina was reviewed to
address an alternative repair to the drilled ceiling joists (4" holes) above the
Study.
Analysis revealed the contractor may remove the existing plumbing and sister
new full spanning 2 x 10 joists next to the drilled joists and drill new 3" holes
for the plumbing pipes to pass thru.
