later paid an extra $650.00 for a soil evaluation (total fee of $750.00). Applicant
called Central Permitting on 11 -20 -13 and stated they decided to use their existing
septic tank to service a proposed 3 bedroom, 28x60 DWMH as originally planned
and asked for the refund of the $650.00. No soil evaluation was performed.
