Dear Mr. Webb,
The `Blake" plan being constructed on lot 110 Tingen Pointe subdivision in
Harnett County, North Carolina was reviewed along with pictures and
measurements to address the double studs in the master bathroom that were
drilled for drain lines.
Analysis revealed the double studs with 1 1/2" holes drilled thru are adequate as
framed and do not require modification. This configuration will provide the
required support for all applied loads.
