Some of the piers exceeded the span allowed by Table 3.7 for a 16" x 16" foot and 3,000 pound soil bearing capacity. We rechecked the soil bearing capacity on April 5, 2010 in the center and at the tongue end of the mobile home and it yielded 4,500 pounds per square foot. The surface drainage also needs to be diverted around the outside of the mobile home in lieu of running under the mobile home immediately. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
