My investigation on March 3, 2010, of the garage indicated a well
braced unit, a good footing and good soil for bearing-
r understand that the vinyl siding on the adjoining wall will be
removed and replaced with rock and that other Code issues will be
handled.
The home is a modular unit and was therefore inspected in the plant
to the State code requirements and is not regulated by the Federal
Code Part 3280 or the state regulation except for the setup since it
is an on-frame modular.
I therefore certify that the attached stick-built garage of the above
hams is adequate to carry loads pursuant to the North Carolina
Residential Code and that it is structurally sound. The roof trusses
were originally, sear by others: however, I am satisfied by
inspection and visual measurement of the deflections and joint
displacements or lack of either that they are also sound and Code
worthy _ 1 therefore make them part of this certification-
