Dear Mr. Aiken,
ATC visited the above referenced site to observe and evaluate foundation soils for Lot 96. At the time
of our visit, building pad construction and footing excavation were complete. The soils appear to be mostly
residual, with less than eight inches disturbed soils. Footings appear to bear on residual soils.
Using a %2 inch diameter steel probe rod to probe soils at bottom of footing elevation, results, at areas
and elevations tested, indicated that soils are satisfactory to support a foundation designed for a net
allowable bearing capacity of 2,000 pounds per square foot (pso
