set by surveyor need to be visible ($25.00 jee incurred)
2. Use orange flags to mark house corners ($25 00 jee incurred)
3. Directions not clear to property ($25.00jee incurred)
4. Property needs only brush or vegetation removed
5. Backhoe pits required
