1) Unbalanced floor live loads have been considered for this design. OF THE TRUSS IS UNDAMAGED, THE ENTIRE TRUSS SHALL BE INSPECTED TO
2) Plates checked for a plus or minus 1 degree rotation about its center. VERIFY THAT NO FURTHER REPAIRS ARE REQUIRED.
3) Provide mechanical connection (by others) of truss to bearing plate at joint(s) 11,
