on both sides where more than 9 sq. ft in area and within 18" of floor
2. Front porch must have a guard railing per code (min. 36" high)
3. Back porch must have a guard railing min. 36" high
4. All steps must have a handrail ...min. 30-38" high ...attic steps also
5. Provide a draft stop at roof line around the fireplace flue, (metal)
6. Provide info on fireplace ...installation instructions
7. Have Insulation co. provide info on all sprayed-in insulation as installed.
8. Provide garage door wind rating
9. Provide floor in front of panel on second floor
10. Remove all wood from roof (2x4's)
