The "Williamsburg" plan being constructed on lot 19 Chandler's Ridge
subdivision in Harnett County, North Carolina was reviewed along with the
pictures and measurements provided to address the over-bored 2 x 6 stud
column adjacent to the window above the kitchen sink.
Analysis revealed the stud column that was drilled for wiring adjacent to the
kitchen sink, will provide the required support for all applied loads. No
modification is required.
