3. Windows must be flashed to vapor barrier
4. Roof is less than 3 in 12 so, double paper is required on roof
5. Roof rafters are "over-notched"
6. Ceiling joists are over-notched
7. Fireblock at existing wall where new roof provides a way around
existing blocking
