THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
The foundations were In place, the steel building had been erected, and masonry walls were nearly complete.
The load bearing masonry was in place, roof joists and deck had been erected. Workers were installing
roofing during this visit. The repairs to the anchor bolls at the end well columns had been made. Anchor
bolls are approved. Contractor to provide written approval from metal building manufacturer for revisions to
column bases.
In the low roof area, the joist kickers on the north exterior well of Equipment 104 (see detail 1154) had been
installed Incorrectly. Contractor was informed to provide new kickers installed per the detail on the structural
drawings
