At the time of our visit, building pad construction and footing excavation were complete. Using a % inch diameter steel probe rod and Dynamic Cone Penetrometer, ATC tested soils at bottom of footing elevation. In addition, ATC performed hand auger and DCP testing at the four corners of the proposed building. ATC performed DCP testing at 1-foot intervals down to satisfactory residual soils or a maximum depth of 5 feet below finish pad elevation.
