1. Need structural engineer to evaluate structure to determine if it can be used
for habitable space. Foundation is not up to current code. Windows not
properly installed. Should have been caulked prior to installation and every
other hole in the nailing flange should have appropriate fasteners. No
headers above window. 2x4 ceiling and floor joist do not meet current code.
