The proposed footing will be 24" x 12"and reinforced with 3 # 4's rebars. The 30" reinforcing bars will be embedded 6" into the existing footing and epoxied. In addition the garage door will shift 2' to the right and the footing adjusted accordingly with rebar placed as indicated above.
