The following conclusions and recommendations were noted: 1) Based on our observations and analysis, TE &D recomrnends over - excavating the affected area approximately 48" in depth and backfill with clean washed stone (Note: the stone shall extend above the existing water table) to adequately support the anticipated loading conditions. The reader is referred to the attached diagram. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you during this phase of the project.
