1 made an onsite visit to the above referenced residential building site on June 1,2009.
The purpose of the visit was to examine the reported soft soil in the excavated trench..There
were several areas where the soil was soft and 1 recommended that the contractor, I lams
Royal, remove the soft areas, 1 examined the footing after removal of the soil and it was
adequate and ready for the concrete. The under cut areas will be filled with concrete in lieu
of stone.
The footing will support the live and dead ](Kids required by the INC Residential
Building Code 2009 LAlilion.
