PROJECT ORDINANCE
Harnett County Regional Jetport State Aid To Airports for Stormwater
Pollution Plan (SWPPP) & Spill Prevention (SPCC) 2011
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County; North Carolina,
sitting as the governing board for Harnett County.
Section I: The County of Harnett desires to undertake an airport improvement
project at the Harnett Regional Jetport. The County of Harnett will
receive a 90% federally funded grant under the Federal Aviation Century
of Flight Authorization Act (Vision 100). Harnett County local match is a
10% contribution. The improvement costs will be reimbursed by North
Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Aviation.
Section 11: The following amounts are hereby appropriated for this project:
SWPPP & SPCC Plans $ 15,590
Spill kits and Drain Covers 2,220
Secondary Containment Area Measures 15,600
Total $ 33,410
Section III: It is estimated that the following revenues will be available for the
startup of this project:
North Carolina Department of Transportation $ 30,069
Division of Aviation
Interfund Transfer Capital Projects 3,341
