ADDPTED JULY 18. 1988
WHEREAS, this Board adopted an Ordinance On July 10, 1988
entitled •'7oninq Ordinance for Harnett County, North Carolina ":
and
WHEREAS, this Board is of the opinion that the amendment set
forth below is necessary to the clear and efficient w•or4:3no of the
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS. as provided by Article XIII of the Ordinance, the
said amentlment has been submitted to the Harnett County Planning
Board for review and recommendation, where it has been favorably
reported: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N. C. Gen. Stat. 153A -323, after notice

adoption of the amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED: That
Article VI. Section 7.0 Resid.rtial /AOricHI tural District RA -20 -P
be amended as follows:
