ZONING MAPS FOR HARNETT COUNTY. NORTH CARA %1TER OF DEEDS

ADOPTED JULY 10. 1908 AND APRIL 3. 1989
WHEREAS. this Board adopted an Ordinance on July 18, JOBS
entitled "Zoning Ordinance for Harnett County. North Carolina"
and the official Zoning Maps on July 18, 1988 and April 3. 19891
and
WHEREAS, this Board is of the opinion that the map am*Mdments
aH forth below are necessary to the clear and eIficl.nt working
of the Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, as prodded by Article III] of the Ordinance. the
said • endments have been submitted to the Harnett County Planning
Board for review and recommendation. where they have been favorably
reported: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N. C. Gen. Stat. 1538 -323. after notice
by law provided, public hearing nsa been held concerning
adoption of the amenamentl
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board o1 County
Comm I .... Mere .1 the County Of Harnett. North Caroline that the
following amendment be made to the Official Zoning Mall
SECTION 1.
The following Orthaphotographo of Harnett County are hereby
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, 1504. 1505. 1519, 1515.
4516. 1525. and 1526 and being that part of Harnett County Irom the
City of Dunn south to the Cumberland County line and bet to the
Sampson County line and including the area Iron the Black River
east to the Mingo Swam. and north to NC 55 highway.
SECTION 2.
The Drthophotographs, as noted fn Section l above, delineate the
following generally described zoning Uistricts�
Conservation. District •I.M, the Black River and Mingo
Swamp as shown on the afore mentioned oriwophotoOraPhs.
Industrial District from Dunne Extra Territorial
Jurisdiction at SR 1700 L 1002 south on both aides of the
railroad and US 301 to the intsrsan Lion of US 304 and
Al lean Rdatll and from Dunn 'a Extra Territorial
Jurisdiction south and cost along US 401 to the county
line as shown on the More mentlonetl drthnphotographs.
Commercial District at the interchange with I -95 and SR
1002 and 1 -95 and SR 1811 as shown on the afore mentioned
OrthdphdtograPhe.
RA -30 and RR -20 M Districts all the balance of the above

BECTION 3.
This toning map amendment shall be effective upon adoption.
