WHEREAS, this Bood ad.,t.d an Ordinance on July 10. 1998
entitled "Zoning Ordinance for Harnett County, North Carolina "1
and
WHEREAS, this Board la of the opinion that the amendments

of the Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, as provided by Article MIII of the Ordinance. the
said ...Momenta have been aubwlttal to the Harnett County
P l anning Board for review and recommendation, where they have
been favorably reported, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N. C. Ben. Stat. 1530 -323, after notice
as by I.. Provided, a public hearing has been held cencerning
adoption of the uendment,
NW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED that the fallowing be added
to Article VI,
Section 1.21 Conditional U.e.
J. Mlcr... ve towers, T.V. towers, telephone towers. radio
towers, and cellular telephone towers, provided that the
minimum setback matances from all property lines shall be
at bast the height of the tower as measured from the ground
