Manuel Becerra Res. 60 Bald Eagle Dr. Broadway, NC Dear Sir/Madam: I made an onsite,irispection of the single-wide mobile home referenced above. The highest point of the chassis above the existing grade was approximately 59 inches. The existing tie downs and piers are adequate, see attached sketch. It is my opinion that the mobile home is anchored adequately to resist the wind pressures in the area, and meets or exceeds the requirements set forth in the State ofN.C. Regulations For Manufactured Homes Edition 2004. I always suggest that after about six months, when the home has had time to settle, that all of the hold down straps be retightened.
