This is a formal request for the Board to amend the Public Utilities Ordinance for the FY
2012 -13. The ordinance needs to be amended to show the new water and sewer rates as
adopted as part of the budget ordinance. These changes are shown in the attached amended
ordinance for your review. Please place this item on the consent agenda at the next available
meeting.
