Dear Mr. Morgan,
This letter is to notify you regarding the issuance of your Operations Permit for your septic tank on July 10,
2009. Please note that your tank has been installed shallower than permitted and you are advised to stay off of
septic drain lines. Styrofoam product will not support much weight.
