Cornelius Harnett Boulevard Lillington, NC 27546 Cassandra Rodgers 412 Pearson Circle ph: 910-893-7547 Sanford, NC 27330 fax: 910-893-9371 RE: Existing Tank Inspection # 09-5-22387 Solid Waste Accumulation location: 4412 Broadway Rd. Dear Ms. Rodgers, An on-site inspection of the above mentioned property was conducted on July 9, 2009 due to your proposal for a 14 x 80 manufactured home. The evaluation could not be completed due to the fact that the outlet lid to the septic tank had not been uncovered. Also, at that time, an accumulation of solid waste was observed on your property. You are hereby notified that this is in violation of the ordinance adopted by the Harnett County Board of Commissioners in accordance with the requirements of Article VI, Storage and Disposal of Solid Waste, of the Harnett County Solid Waste Management Ordinance, which states; "No owner, occupant, tenant or lessee of any property shall permit solid waste emanating from said premises to accumulate upon such premises unless stored in a manner prescribed by this ordinance". This problem must be corrected, and the waste properly disposed of within two (2) weeks from the date that you receive this letter. We request that you contact the Health Department within seven (7) days to discuss your plan of action concerning this matter. If you do not comply within the allotted time frame we will be forced to obtain legal action. I would prefer that you address all items, (septic tank and solid waste) before I make a return trip to issue your permit for the existing tank inspection. I can be contacted at 893-7547 Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Sincerely, ~ , At.- c `rJ4,/" Bryan McSwain, R.S.
