concrete.
2. Need engineer to evaluate the addition on the rear of the house and how to
prevent water from entering crawl space beneath rear deck. Also need a
design to eliminate water beneath home.
3. Need tempered glass next to rear doors in sun room addition.
4. Need 21 inches in front of toilet in half bath
5. Bath vents not to exterior.
6. Debris in crawl space
7. Condensate drain broken on air handler
8. Electrical panel not labeled.
9. All outlets in bedroom shall be on Arc Fault receptacles
10. Need repair for brick veneer at front porch. Written up at rougb-in because
it was supported on untreated wood and not carried to foundation or on
lintel.
11. Caulk all windows and doors to brick veneer.
12. Washing machine standpipe shall be no lower than 34 inchs off finished
floor.
