NOTES Page 1 of 1 Donna Johnson From: Susan G. West Sent: Wednesday, April 18, 2007 10:24 AM To: Donna Johnson Good Morning Donna, I took a call from a J Hall this am, she stated that she had an inspection done last year #06-5-15004, when she had a pool installed. This year she was wanting to put a storage bldg (7) or another structure on her property, she called CP and spoke with Jessica and she stated that Jessica told her if she would call our office (EH) that we would write her a letter and she would not need another inspection and or have her system sucked out. I tried to explain to her that our office procedures were that if it was being lived in and over 6 months old, she would need another inspection and that the only one that could tell her differently would be Graham because he did the on-site inspection and plus he was at a conference and would not be back until Monday. She kept insisting that all she needed was a "letter" and I kept trying to explain to her that we did not issue "letters" that the permit stood for themselves. Other inspectors can't make that call because they did not make the site visit. We receive a lot of calls from realtors requesting a letter also, when again, our permits stand for themselves. If you could please share this with your staff, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you have a great day O &Cae !seat Dffice Assistant IV Environmental Health Section Harnett County Department of Public Health Phone: 910-814-8292 Fax: 910-893-9371 sgwes0harnett.org Men go fishing, hunting...
