Vandercroft- FM- SR- 01 August 15, 2006 Samantha Ficzko Ref: Vandercroft Farms SD, Hwy 210 Ms. Ficzko, The site plan that was submitted for the Vandercroft Farms SD, has been reviewed. Below you will fine the changes to be made to the site plan to be compliance with the N.C Fire Prevention Code and the County Ordinances.  Ingress is approved pending the clearance between the median and the shoulder is 20’. The median to be recessed off Hwy 210, or the street at Hwy 210 be beveled out.  Egress is approved as drawn  Vertical clearance to comply with IFC of 13’ 6”  Utilities not approved, will co-review utility construction documents with Tim Payseur, HCPU  503.1.1 Fire Access Roads. Approved fire apparatus access roads shall be provided for every facility, o building or portion of a building hereafter constructed or moved into or within the jurisdiction. The fire apparatus access road shall comply with the requirements of this section and shall extend to within 150 feet (45 720 mm) of all portions of the facility or all portions of the exterior wall of the first story of the building as measured by an approved route around the exterior of the building or facility This shall apply to the following lots: 56,57,60,61,284,285,288,289, the driveway for these lots shall be 20’ in width Teddy Joe McLamb T.J.
