The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Friday, October
12, 2007, in the Commissioners Conference Room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Mark Locklear, Manager, Planning Services
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Mr. Emory noted that the Board has been invited to tour____________(Rockefeller
Park), October 26 after the regular work session.
