Gentlemen:
KAM Engineering Services, P.C. has completed the materials testing services for the above stated project.
This Special Inspections Final Report is intended to confirm that KAM Engineering was present periodically
during the erection of structural steel at this project. A series of nineteen (19) periodic inspections were
performed by our staff to provide the structural steel inspections.
Our testing was performed by a single Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) to provide continuity throughout our
inspection process. At the time of testing and observations, the bolted and welded connections were
acceptable. When deficiencies were noted, they were corrected for re-inspection on a subsequent visit.
According to our reporting, there are no outstanding noted deficiencies present at this project. To our
knowledge, the structural steel connections (welded, bolted and screwed) were in general accordance with the
approved project plans, specifications and shop drawings, and applicable workmanship of the International
Building Code.
