BUDGET WORK SESSION, MAY 15, 1996
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session
on May 15, 1996, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Office
Building, Lillington, North Carolina.
Members present: H. L. Sorrell, Jr. , Chairman
Beatrice Bailey Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Joseph T. Bowden
Walt Titchener
Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager .
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Chairman Sorrell called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and
recognized Neil Emory, Budget Officer. Mr. Emory stated that the
purpose of the special meeting was to review proposed budget
items for the F.Y. 96-97 Harnett County Budget.
Budget items were reviewed in a work session format.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of
Commissioners special meeting, May 15, 1996 adjourned at 9 p.m.

on May 16, 1996, in the Cooperative Extension kitchen, County
Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina.
