The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session
on Monday, April 22, 1996, at the Law Enforcement Center,
Li1lington, North Carolina.
Members present: H. L. Sorrell, Jr., Chairman

Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager .

Sheriff Larry Knott
Chairman Sorrell called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. and
welcomed the guests.
Neil Emory, County Manager led the group in a review and
discussion of local issues and goals.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of
Commissioners special meeting, April 22, 1996, duly adjourned at
9 a.m.
