The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on
Monday, February 22, 1993, in the County Manager's Office, County
Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina. I
Members present: H. L. Sorrell, Jr., Chairman
Beatrice Bailey Hill, Vice-Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Joseph T. Bowden
Walt Titchener
Others present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Dwight W. Snow, County Attorney
Kay S. Blanchard, Recording Secretary
Chairman Sorrell called the meeting to order at 9 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION TO Cowmissioner Andrews moved that the Board go into executive session to
INTERVIEW APPLICANTS interview applicants for Public Utilities Attorney. Commissioner
FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES Bowden seconded the motion and it passed with a unanimous vote.
ATTORNEY Commissioner Hill moved that the Board come out of executive session.
Commissioner Bowden seconded the motion and it passed with a unanimous
vote.
There being no further business, Commissioner Bowden moved that the
ADJOURNMENT Harnett County Board of Commissioners' special meeting February 22,
1993, adjourn. Commissioner Hill seconded the motion and it passed
with a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
