HARNETT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL HEETING, JUNE 30, 1992
(Joint Session with Buies Creek-Coats Water & Sewer District Advisory Board}
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on
Tuesday, June 30, 1992, in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, County
Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following
members present: Beatrice Bailey Hill, Walt Titchener, Mack Reid
Hudson, and Chairman Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Commissioner Bill
Shaw was absent. Others present were Dallas H. Pope, County Manager,
and John M. Phelps, II, Public utilities Attorney.
Chairman Stewart called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and
Commissioner Hill led the invocation.
The special meeting was a joint session with the Buies Creek-Coats
Water and Sewer District Advisory Board, which had the following
members present: Dr. Bruce Blackmon, Leonore Tuck, Timothy McKinney,
J. W. Walker, and Don Ennis.
Members of the Buies Creek-Coats Water and Sewer District Advisory
Board briefed the Board of Commissioners on the following subjects:
A. Wastewater Projects
B. District wastewater rate concerning the County and Campbell
University agreement

Chairman Stewart adjour~ed the meeting at 8:55 p.m.
