Is this something specifically required by Harnett County?

Good morning, Mary Frances. Per our conversation yesterday, the building permit cost is $49,590.00. The commercial plan review fee is $50.00. The Fire Marshal fees are $300.00. The
Land use permit is $25.00. The total costs for all these permits are $49,965.00. These will all need to be paid at the same time.
I would also like to set up a pre-construction meeting with your company and all of your subs. I would like to make this construction and inspection process as seamless as I can for
you all and us. ☺ Will you please get with your contacts and subcontractors and see if they could possibly meet on Monday, the 31st at 9am? If that is not a good date, please give
me a different one and I will see what I can do.
