Below is a link to exceptions regarding Lien Agent. It states that public projects are exempt. Harnett County Schools is the Owner of this Project.

retaining wall at Benhaven Elementary School; 445 Olive Farm.
Please let us know if you need anything additional; I know you had said that the digital submitting is something new you guys are trying to start so let us know if we need to do anything
else on our end.
