The Developer must provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: on the water lines installed to serve this development. Provide HCDPU with Master development Plan if additional  phases are planned for this subdivision. The Developer must provide HCDPU a Cost Statement for the  water system improvements installed to serve this subdivision. The Developer must pay the required capacity fees for this  development and the water lines must be approved by HCDPU and NCDENR before meters can be released for the lots in this subdivision. : : : : Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options. Show streetscape buffer on pg S-2.  Note that individual property owners will maintain streetscape  buffer. Label drainage easement between lots 38 & 39.  Show sign easement, if applicable.  Finish paving roads.  Install street lights, or provide letter from contractor that  they will be installed accordingly. Remove silt from road and stabilize roadsides and drainage  easements. Stabilize entrance median.  Complete streetscape buffer.  The final inspection on the water lines installed in this  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: subdivision must be completed by HCDPU. Hold: The P.E. must submit As-Built Record Drawings, P.E.  Certification to HCDPU. Preliminary soils report submitted. Final soils report needs to  Environmental Health (910)893-7547: be submitted.
